Fee Schedule
Effective January 1, 2022
No Support Agreement
$ 150per hour- Service: Monday thru Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM CST.
- Appointments without a service agreenment are billed from the time we leave our office until the time we leave your office. The total payment is due when services are rendered.

Phone support is billed in 15-minute increments for support agreements.
- Customers who are more than 1 hour from our offices will be billed $1 per mile to the destination.
Support Agreement Service
$ 135per hour- Service: Monday thru Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM CST.
- Appointments with a service agreement are billed from the time we leave our office until the time we leave your office in. Time is in 15 minute increments.
- 10 or more prepaid Hours
- All support agreements require proactive monitoring to ensure proper service.
- Phone support is billed in 30-minute increments for non-support agreements.
- Any time above the preset time is considered an overage. Overages are billed at a rate of $135 an hour.
- Client will have 15 days to pay invoices with a grace period of 5 business days at which time a 1% finance charge will be added to any outstanding invoices that are not paid within 15 days.
- Customers who are more than 1 hour from our offices will be billed an additional $1 per mile to the destination.
